Today, we’re highlighting one of the key directions for the AW 25–26 season: Metal Fusion.
Applied in subtle touches, metal enhances luxurious materials such as nubuck, noble wood species and flawless leather, creating a refined, minimalist elegance.
Shapes and textures unfold through contrasts of smooth and brushed finishes, warm and cool flashes of mirrored steel, punctuated with studs and scattered sequins accross crushed velvet, emerised cotton and exceptionally soft woollens.
A theme spotted across several events : at Art Paris with Stéphane Parmentier’s side table and at the Arles Festival in Lee Ufan’s installation. It also emerges in the silhouettes of Natan Couture FW25, in the H&M x Glenn Martens collaboration, and in the metallic accents of Stella McCartney RTW SS26.
